Every garment is made in house once your order is received . Depending on demand, garments are usually shipped within 2-3 weeks from the purchase date. Of course we always endeavour to have your purchases shipped to you as soon as our little fingers can sew them! Wanderer Jacket orders will be fulfilled within 14 business days from the date of order. (PLEASE NOTE: I will be out of the studio from the 15th August until the end of September. All garments and fabric samples ordered in this time will be fulfilled when I get back. The normal 2-3 week lead time will apply from the start of when production resumes in October. Thank you so much for your understanding)

return policy:

- If for any reason a garment does not work for you, please don't fret!! We will organise a full refund of the garment price or an exchange for an alternative garment/size.  Please note you must contact us via email (  within 21 days from the purchase date to notify us of your decision to refund or exchange.

- Please be aware, that because all garments are made to order, the normal 2-3 week lead times will apply when exchanging a garment for another garment.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to send the items purchased back to Windlewood (address available on request) at their own expense.

- All tags must be still attached and clothing in an unworn state when returning or exchanging  a garment(s). We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the garment is not received back to us in  an acceptable state. 

- We endeavour to always provide you with the highest quality products, but in the event of a fault in your garment, you can contact us via email ( within 14 days from the purchase date.If you believe the garment has not performed within reasonable wash and wear circumstances over time, please contact us. On the confirmation of a faulty item (after inspection) we will gladly exchange/refund the item and reimburse any postage costs incurred. 


- Your order will be shipped no more than 3 weeks from your purchase date via standard Australia Post. If you require express or registered post please get in contact with us so we can arrange this for you (surcharge applies). 

- All shipping (domestic and international) is currently on us... So it is free!  

- Please note we do not take any responsibility for your items once they leave our care when shipped. It is the customers responsibility to contact us to request additional insurance/tracking when posting . This additional cost is to be covered by the customer. 

- It is the customers responsibility to pay any customs fees/charges on international orders.
